Meta banned me when I deactivated my account

Last night on july 12, I deactivated my account for personal reasons, and when I woke up I wanted to reactivate it again but when I tried reactivating it, it keeps saying and error has occured and when I tried reactivating it on facebook it says my ig is disabled. I didn’t do anything istg. This is my 2nd account and I’ve got this account for a few months now and I dont want to start over again. This just piss me off
