
J.K. Rowling is revealing her thoughts on the upcoming Harry Potter HBO TV series.
The author posted on social media on Saturday (June 21), and opened up briefly about the forthcoming series, which was first announced back in 2023.
J.K. Rowling is attached as an executive producer.
The series promises to “dive deep into each of the iconic books that fans have continued to enjoy for all of these years,” HBO CEO Casey Bloys said at the time of the announcement.

Production on the Harry Potter TV series is set to begin this summer, with filming taking place at England’s Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden.
