Instagram disabled my account :(

i wanted to know if anyone here can help me i keep getting banned on my phone by instagram when i try to make a new account and it happens every time i make a new one it doesn’t ban me on my iPad though is on a different iCloud and phone number idk if it could be that but it keeps banning me for “avoiding restrictions on an account by using a different one” and “ creating another account after we suspended yours” can anyone help?
