Amazon Prime Day 2025 is here at last. Although practicing yoga is entirely doable without specific products, certain things can make your practice exponentially easier. Like, say comfortable attire or grippy mats. As a longtime fan of any and all gear and apparel that allow me—and, by extension, you—to do the things I love with greater ease, I can assure you there are some significant savings on items that are both practical and just plain cool. And I’ve already spent hours researching these best Prime Day deals so that you can spend more time on the mat and less time online.
When is Prime Day?
Amazon Prime Day 2025 starts Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at midnight PST and lasts until Friday, July 11, 2025, at 11:59 pm PST.
Best Prime Day Deals 2025 for a Yoga Lifestyle
Following are the things that I consider too enticing to pass up this Amazon Prime Day—especially at these prices.

Lifeforme Yoga Mat ($120 $155)
This yoga mat is a little longer and wider than most, grippy even during hot yoga, requires no breaking in, and is among our most top-rated mats according to testers. That includes yoga teacher and podcaster Adam Husler, who relies on it as his default mat, and YouTube influencer Yoga With Kassandra, who appreciates its thickness and finds it perfect for practicing on carpet at home. The surface can get a little smudged with sweat marks, but if you prefer grip, cushioning, spaciousness, and, let’s be honest, aesthetics, this deal is for you.
Beyond Yoga High Waisted Midi Leggings ($55 $97)
These compressive-but-not-too-compressive leggings consistently draw raves for good reason—they’re as soft as they are super stretchy. Online reviewers rave that the waistband doesn’t budge during movement and the feel of the fabric is “luxurious,” “velvety,” and “stunning.” The biggest complaint is the price, but at 44 percent off, that’s no longer an issue.
Sweaty Betty Power Sweat Cropped Leggings ($62 $88)
There’s a reason this brand has amassed a cult following of devotees. “The best yoga leggings I have ever purchased,” is a common refrain among online reviews. The 62 percent polyamide and 38 percent elastane fabric blend means incredible freedom of movement yet the waistband stays put. When ordering, note that the sizing tends to run smaller.
Yoga Crow Men’s Swerve Training Shorts ($45 $60)
These are some of the best fitting yoga shorts I own. They feature an incredibly comfortable liner, which is supportive without being restrictive, and the stretch allows them to excel at a wide variety of activities.

Hydro Flask 40 oz Wide Mouth Water Bottle ($32 $50)
The pros at Hydro Flask know a thing or two about hydration. The 40-ounce wide mouth option is perfect for those who need a quick, chilled sip during class without fumbling for a straw. Bonus: The optional silicone boot is a nice touch for those worried about mid-class clanging. I recently bought my wife a Hydro Flask and it’s now like the other pets that we own as it follows us anywhere we go. Did I mention it’s dishwasher safe?
Topo Designs Classic Daypack ($70 $109)
Fun colors, thoughtful design, durable construction, and streamlined dimensions make this backpack a go-to for yoga EDC. And at 36 percent off, it’s a steal. Consider it a companion for countless adventures, yoga-related or otherwise.
OOFOS OOahh Recovery Slide ($64 $80)
For the ultimate pre- and post-yoga recovery slide, look no further than OOFOS. The OOfoam technology is as cushy and supportive as it gets, ensuring your feet feel pampered whether you’ve been dancing on your mat or standing all day. They’re also machine washable, so any sweat and accumulated grime can be easily washed away, leaving you to explore all sorts of outdoor adventures.
LifeStraw Go Series Water Bottle ($42 $50)
I recently traveled to a Greek island for a wedding. Sunrise yoga in an idyllic setting was a hit. The unpotable tap water not so much. But I could opt out of disposable plastic bottles thanks to the LifeStraw Go Series Water Bottle with a microfilter that captures all but .001 percent of common contaminants, including E. coli, salmonella, even microplastics. Whether you’re just sorta creeped out by tap water anywhere or regularly camp, you’ll appreciate knowing your water is safe. (Our colleagues at SKI Magazine and Climbing share our enthusiasm for this brand.)

Gaiim Yoga Mat ($ 15 $18)
This lightweight mat is already a deal at full price. It’s sufficiently sturdy and cushy to see you through at least a couple years of a regular practice, and at this week’s price point, it’s an ideal option for beginners to yoga or anyone who isn’t certain if they want to commit to a more expensive mat. The array of design options means there’s certain to be something that matches your style.
Gaiam Kids Yoga Mat ($14 $22)
If you have little practitioners, you know that sometimes they can use a little nudge to get to the mat. Luring them there is easier when they see playful creatures—whether an owl, dinosaur, or unicorn—imprinted on the mat. Leave it to longtime mat maker Gaiam for a no-phthalates option in enticing designs that are pint-sized. Yoga obsession activated.
