Lola Tung is coming into her own style as she makes her rounds promoting the beloved series The Summer I Turned Pretty. The show’s breakout star has made special appearances on talk shows and sit-downs — including as a recent Teen Vogue cover star — and has looked the part of a lead actor.
Tung was photographed walking into New York City’s famed 30 Rockefeller Center this week, as she had a scheduled guest appearance on NBC’s TODAY. Tung isn’t one to shy away from a trendy look, as we’ve seen her wearing a Coach scarf as a pseudo-skirt. For this occasion, Tung dressed up in an all-denim skirt set from Stella McCartney’s 2005 collection and carried two Kate Spade bags.
The military-style jacket featured symmetrical buttons on both sides of the top, along with a high-neck detail. The pencil skirt hangs down just at her knees and creates a classic silhouette. She paired the outfit with pointed heels from Aldo.

Lola Tung carried two different handbags for the occasion — keeping in line with her stylish businesswoman look. Both bags were made by Kate Spade New York. The first is the Liv Downtown Shoulder Bag in leopard, while the second is the Duo Crossbody Bag that she wore without the long strap.
In one photo, Tung can be seen holding both bags, setting off a new trend perhaps? Or maybe she just couldn’t figure out which one she wanted to wear, so why not both?
