For me, running is much more than a sport. I love that it is something personal that demonstrates what you can get, and at the same time a social sport in which you can meet people with your same values. Now I am training for two marathons and over time, I have realized that when you run long distances, you need your outfits to be comfortable. For example, it is important to wear leggings that are not too tight and shoes that heat your feet. This is what I do in a week typical of my life:

Saturday
The rest days are as important as those of training. I did not run today but I walked a lot, which is my active rest. I managed to rest well this week and I really want my long career tomorrow. It is usually the highlight of my weeks. I have returned to my mother’s house because I want to run in Richmond’s park, which is close to where he lives. With luck I will see some deer.
Domingo
Today I have run the 18 kilometers scheduled in the ‘week three’ block of my marathon training program. I ran by Richmond, climbed to the highest point with its beautiful views and then entered the park. I didn’t see any deer, which was disappointing. To motivate myself in another way, I listened to songs from some pop divas. It began to rain after ten kilometers but I managed to continue running and finish the last five kilometers. I ended up entering a coffee and bought a cinnamon roll. I took it home in a paper bag. He got wet but he was still great.
It was a small risk to run with new shoes, but I thought, since I am, why not? And, in fact, I had no problem with the Invincible Nike 3. After about five kilometers I got used to them. Not only did I easily adapted to them, but they also drove me while running. My feet could move naturally.
Monday
Today has been another day of rest. I am about to start a new job, so I have the week off for a reset mental. I did some homework and I saw my future sister -in -law for dinner. We ate a lot. The day after a long race is when I feel more hungry! I spent a lot of time standing, and that’s why I didn’t feel so rested either and ended the exhausted day. But I am used to, it usually spends the day after running a lot of distance.
MArts
Today I did more tasks around the house and a training for the whole body. I usually do it twice a week to complement my races and prevent injuries on my knees and joints. It is Pancake Day then we had a salty and sweet pancakes that were death. I like traditional lemon and sugar. Today I felt very recovered. It will surely be because I ate a lot!
Wednesday
Today is Valentine’s Day so my partner and I ran together the ten kilometers that touched me in my training program. Training with him is so fun. If only he were also training for a marathon! I felt rested and we took the jogging very calmly and enjoyed the route.
We started in London Bridge, we cross Tower Bridge and then we climb and toured the runner. We ended up in a Dalston bakery that makes some delicious sandwiches. I chose a roasted sausage sandwich with fennel that was divine. I also asked for coffee and fresh lemonade that were Muah impressive I love to plan routes that end in bakeries or coffee shops in which I have never been. It is a very fun way to explore London, especially the areas that you don’t know very well.
We decided to walk the ten kilometers back. We may have stopped to eat another bun in another cafeteria. This time, a chocolate bread of pistachio! The pistachio is having its moment and I am delighted.
Thursday
I did another strength workout focusing on my legs and abdomen, and then I went to my sister’s house to spend some time with my nephews. At night I went to a concert with friends who was Super Guay. We dance to the rhythm of all hits (Active rest?) On the track. When we got home I noticed that I had definitely used the legs.
Friday
I am staying at my sister’s house and I started my intervals session from there. They ended up being about eight kilometers. It was so much sun that I didn’t even need to listen to music to motivate me. I did four progressive repetition intervals, and being in southeastern London, this meant running many climbs. I accepted it and ran the Brockley Three Peaks Walk route where some precious views of the city are seen. The sprints were so hard that I thought I was going to die. Despite the climbs, I managed to reach all my speeds and even managed to run faster at one of the intervals. I felt incredibly proud of myself. I had a great time the rest of the day, especially after having a delicious coffee and cinnamon roll. It may be putting me in shape, however I always stop to take something in all the cafes and bakeries in London.
He running It is essential for my mental well -being. When you show yourself again and again what you can get the most difficult, your mind ends up thanking you. The respect and self -love that you show when moving your body, striving and putting yourself in the first place, increases your self -esteem. Thanks to runningI have more confidence in myself and I am not talking about physical appearance, I speak of the strength and energy that I give me, to get everything that I propose.
Morgan’s three tips to enjoy your career:
• Run with other people
• Listen to disc-pop music
• Discover new places, bakeries, or cafeteria running (I love running to new food sites that I have discovered on social networks!)
When it comes to comfortable running shoes, you have to see to believe. Discover the Invincible Nike 3 and try them too.
