Candace Cameron Bure is rocking a new ‘do, but she’s not really sure how it suits her.
The Full House star took to Instagram Stories to share a video of her naturally air-dried tresses on Monday, June 23, appearing visibly uncomfortable with the less-manipulated hairstyle as she admitted it’s something out of the ordinary for her.
A stark difference from her generally tamed blonde hair, her natural waves took center stage (if only for a day…) as she uncharacteristically sported the stripped-down version of her usually pristinely-straightened or curled mane.
“I let my hair dry naturally today—completely naturally—and there’s no humidity here,” the Fuller House actress explained in the clip, showing off the style for the camera as she ran her hands through her hair. The video was taken in a vehicle, and she donned oversized dark sunglasses and a casual, sleeveless white shirt.

Cameron Bure continued, adding that her neck-length golden bob in its natural form isn’t what she’s used to. “I didn’t touch it or scrunch it or anything!” she said with a chuckle, before stating, “I don’t know. Do we like it? Do we think it’s okay, or it’s just like… I don’t know.” A hesitant facial expression followed, as the former child star stuck her tongue out quickly, seemingly showing disdain for the hairstyle.
“I wanna like it… I wanna like it,” she confessed, not thoroughly sure if she was actually convinced yet.
The Great American Family actress even included a poll on the post, aiming to get fans’ opinions on the look. She asked “What do you think?” with the voting options presented displaying “Natural all the way” or “Please blow dry it.” (After 11 hours, an overwhelming 92% of voters seemed to appreciate the natural look, according to the results).

Comments rolled in via Instagram gushing over her taking the air-dried route, with some reading, “Love it. Wish my hair was that great,” “Wow no way! Looks soo good!!” “Natural is beautiful,” and “Looks great to me!”
On the other hand, one person, in particular, could relate to the feeling the actress had: “It’s beautiful, but I completely understand. Our hair is VERY similar and I don’t like mine natural either.”
Meanwhile, someone else affirmed, “Anyway you style your hair looks great. Love the cut!” as another agreed that it “looks pretty both ways.”
Still, another recollected her childhood acting days, suggesting, “Bring back the full house hair you always rocked it!”
