90 Day Fiancé Star Arrested For Battery! Allegedly Slapped Wife While She Held Their Baby! - Perez Hilton
Eric Rosenbrook, a former star of 90 Day Fiancé, found himself in trouble with the law last week.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by TMZ on Friday, the 47-year-old television personality was arrested in Adams, Wisconsin, for misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct after an incident involving his wife on the Fourth of July. The document does not list her full name, only giving the initials “LNM.” However, fans know Eric has been married to Leida Margaretha since they met on Season 6 of the TLC show. So, it appears the situation sadly involves her.

Per the complaint, Eric decided to get food at the local Kwik Mark while intoxicated that day. The victim claimed she became worried when he didn’t return home, but soon found him passed out in his car outside their apartment. She said she got Eric out of the vehicle after taking a video of him, and an argument erupted, waking up their infant daughter. The complaint stated Leida was carrying the baby at the time, and Eric asked to hold her. However, she refused since he was drunk. It was then that Eric slapped her. Whoa.
Leida claimed to the cops that this was nothing new, as Eric allegedly abused her ever since they got married in 2018. Hours later, officers found Eric asleep in his car, and he admitted to hitting his wife. He was booked into custody around 2:00 a.m. on July 5.
At this time, Leida hasn’t spoken out about the arrest. Eric told TMZ the pair got into a fight over how much alcohol he consumed, and he slapped Leida — but swears he never touched their daughter. He said that they are no longer together after the incident. Good.
