• Hyundai offers a glimpse of the N version of its Ioniq 6, which will be unveiled next month.
Among their other attractions, electric powertrains allow manufacturers to offer consumers a very high level of performance, the kind otherwise only found with exotic sports cars in the world of petrol vehicles.
Granted, this is somewhat contrary to the mission of an EV, which is to offer as much range as possible and consume as little energy as possible. But power, performance and breathtaking figures have been appealing to customers since the dawn of the automobile.
A number of automakers hesitate not at all to showcase their chops by constantly pushing boundaries with their EVs. Hyundai gave a first taste of what it could do with the N version of the Ioniq 5 SUV, the first electric model variant from the N performance division.
Now Hyundai is preparing a second all-electric N model, a hopped-up version of the Ioniq 6 sedan.

To make your mouth water, the company published a series of images yesterday that give us an overview of the vehicle. The manufacturer had given us an idea earlier this year by sharing details on the touch -ups brought to the regular ioniq 6 for 2026.
The new images give an overview of the rear fin, which is accompanied by a second spoiler integrated into the body.

Hyundai also indicates that the ioniq 6 n will enjoy flared wings, which will result in a larger posture. Performance tires, more powerful brakes and other performance -oriented features are also expected with this model.
For details concerning performance, you will have to wait … but not too long. The company mentioned that its high performance sedan will be unveiled in July. We can expect that it benefits from the same organs that animate the IONIQ 5 N, a propellant group offering something around 641 horsepower, with the full cog of the game.
